Cooperators and Fire Business

The Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Managment supports our local, regional, and national cooperating agencies annually, both on fuels reductions projects and fire suppression.

The documents on this page are for our cooperators to efficiently conduct business with the Department of Forestry and Fire Management and the State of Arizona

*New Fire Business System*

DFFM's new Fire Billing System is a one-stop-shop for all of the needs of our cooperating fire department and districts. As account holders, you can create Cooperative Fire Rate Agreements, add or remove personnel and equipment, and electronically submit all billing documents. As of April 3, 2023, all cooperating fire departments and districts should be fully live within the new system.

Beginning April 3, 2023, all invoices submitted by email will be returned. Questions: [email protected]
