Arizona's Heritage Tree Program

Trees are significant in urban and rural areas for many reasons: they may have been planted in memory of a person or event; be a gift to the community from a sister community around the world; or be a cherished community tree where significant events occur.

 

Arizona's Heritage Trees are those trees that are celebrated because of their proven cultural or historic significance.
