Trampoline Courts

The Office of the Arizona State Fire Marshal, under the Department of Forestry and Fire Management is responsible registering trampoline courts in the Arizona and maintaining logs of those recreational facilities in the state.

Arizona State Revised Statute Title 37, Article 6 grants sole regulatory and registration authority of trampoline courts to the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management. Since one aspect of Forestry and Fire's continuing mission is enhancing life safety for all of Arizona's residents, it was an easy decision to place the responsibility of maintaining the trampoline court registry with Forestry and Fire.

At least 30 days before opening, a trampoline court owner/operator must register with the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management. Trampoline court registrations must be renewed annually.

Registration Requirements

-2017 Trampoline Court Registration

-Proof of insurance with $1 million liability policy

-Copy of an inspection certificate issued by an insurer or an inspector with whom the insurer has contracted

-Copy of the business license issued for each trampoline court
